We are committed to processing and shipping your order as quickly and accurately as possible. Please review the information below regarding order processing, shipping methods, and delivery policies.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and verified. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of high order volume or trade show events, processing times may be slightly longer. If significant delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship using UPS to ensure reliable and compliant delivery of ammunition and related products.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may not be shipped to every state or locality due to federal, state, or local regulations. Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products are legal in their area.

Hazak Defense reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot legally be fulfilled.

Age Requirements

Ammunition will only be sold and shipped to customers who meet all applicable federal, state, and local age requirements. By placing an order, customers certify they are legally eligible to purchase the products ordered.

Limited Quantity Shipments

Ammunition ships as Limited Quantity in accordance with applicable carrier and hazardous materials regulations.

Order Verification

Hazak Defense reserves the right to verify customer information prior to shipment. Orders may be delayed or canceled if verification cannot be completed.

Refused Deliveries

Orders refused by the customer or returned because delivery could not be completed may be subject to return shipping charges and any applicable restocking fees where permitted.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.

Weather & Carrier Delays

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Hazak Defense is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or other events beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the products ordered, destination, and selected shipping method.

PO Boxes

Ammunition cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.

State Restrictions & Documentation Requirements

Hazak Defense complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the sale and shipment of ammunition. Certain states and localities require additional documentation or have shipment restrictions.

The following policies currently apply:

Alaska (AK) – No ammunition sales or shipments.

Hawaii (HI) – No ammunition sales or shipments.

Massachusetts (MA) – No ammunition sales or shipments.

Washington, D.C. – No ammunition sales or shipments.

Chicago, Illinois – No ammunition sales or shipments.

California (CA) – Ammunition orders must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) in accordance with applicable law. Customers are responsible for providing the receiving FFL’s information during checkout.

New York (NY) – Ammunition orders must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) in accordance with applicable law. Customers are responsible for providing the receiving FFL’s information during checkout.

Illinois (Outside Chicago) – Customers must provide a valid Illinois Firearm Owner’s Identification (FOID) card and a valid Illinois driver’s license or state identification card. Ammunition will only be shipped to the address associated with the required documentation.

Connecticut (CT) – Customers must provide a valid Connecticut ammunition or firearms credential, along with any other documentation required by law. Ammunition will only be shipped in accordance with applicable Connecticut requirements.

New Jersey (NJ) – Customers must provide a valid New Jersey Firearms Purchaser Identification Card (FPIC) and any additional documentation required by law before shipment.

Hazak Defense reserves the right to request additional documentation whenever necessary to verify eligibility or comply with applicable laws.

Laws and regulations change frequently. Customers are responsible for ensuring that ammunition purchases and possession are lawful in their jurisdiction before placing an order.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address.

Order Changes

Once an order has been processed for shipment, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
